One of my sims is doing the body builder aspiration. How does one "Reach sim's maximum body potential"

Sorry to necro this thread a little, but I am also trying to get this.
I do not want my sims to be all muscular, is this the only way to complete this? And is there a non-cheat way to make them not muscular after?
