Hi, no one seems to have answered you re the removing muscle afterwards.
Cntl+shift+C
testingcheats true
cas.fulleditmode on
Shift + click on your sim and select enter CAS Mode
Click on sims clothes
All the options from original CAS period of game is active again and you can simply lower the muscle slider etc.
When you're done -
cas.fulleditmode off
testingcheats false
SAVE!!
Cheers!
You rock!! Thank you, I will be writing that down in my little Sims notebook (yes, I have a little Sims notebook)."Vynnyx67;13517982" wrote:

Thank you so much! I need this for a different reason... my Sims eyes from the gallery don't look right... time to play!- If you have your sim stop working out for a while, he will lose his muscle definition and overall size. I have more trouble with my sims keeping their muscles than losing their muscles.

Please help me with this. Right now I ONLY use punching bag as my main tool for bodybuilding. No lifting and running. I use commando training on the punching bag. The only diet I give to my sim is Garden Salad because of low level of cooking. Now, the question I have is would the method which I use can eventually reach the goal of Max. Body Potential? If I must collaborate with protein meal would "EGG" and Toast meal on level 2 cooking be sufficient enough? - simsimsere10 years agoSeasoned Ace

I am afraid so ... after all teh last level of the Aspiration has the name "Bodybuilder"
And I agree ... it is extemly shortsighted to only have a Bodybuilder Aspiration for athletically minded Sims.
There are so many types of sport (in RL9 that don´t require you to become Hulk.
Why can´t my Sim just aspire to become the best long distance runner on the Sim World?
(I'm not usually one to joke about the closed world, but) ...because your sim only runs to the end of the street and back.
This is an interesting topic, I have yet to complete that aspiration. - MDianaSims10 years agoSeasoned AceAs it happens I just had a Sim complete this aspiration (done it before though).

I think the key to completing this aspiration is in exercising on a daily basis, irrespective of the type of exercise, although yoga probably doesn't count (anymore).
Once your Sim's fitness skill is at the medium level (or thereabouts) they'll get the 'getting fitter' moodlet (or something of that kind) after exercising. This isn't the same as the 'good workout' moodlet, the 'getting fitter' one actually denotes that your Sim is shaping up. Once you've had that particular moodlet for an x amount of times (probably depending on how fit your Sim was when they started) you'll have reached the full body potential.
As far as I know, daily exercise is what triggers it, and probably connected with a certain level of fitness skill. Maybe there are other things that influence it, but I haven't extensively tested it. It's a good idea to combine this with a career that requires you to have a high level of fitness skill in the end, like the athlete or astronaut careers. - EmmaVane10 years agoSeasoned AceI put a wall TV in the sauna and another over the treadmill. My sim would get home from work and chill in the sauna while studying opponants, usually getting an Energized moodlet in the process. Then he'd grab food and watch TV to continue studying while eating. Then if he still needed progress he'd jump on the treadmill and study there too. This also meant that I could box/weight train at other times because his weight was always in check. If friends came over they would work out together.
- Does your Sim gain muscle mass over time or does your Sim always look the same?
- EmmaVane10 years agoSeasoned AceThey gain over time.

Maximum body potential is reached when you hit minimum fat and maximum muscle simultaneously. Fat is reduced by CV exercises like jogging, while muscle is build with resistance training, like on the workout machine. You can open CAS with full edit mode on to check your progress and see what type of exercise to step up.
I think in a recent patch yoga and boxing were toned down so your sims can use them without getting chunky. If you need to build muscle, use the weight machine. - I'd really like it if you could use different excersise machines to work different parts of your body so you had to manage it like you do in real life. Remember to not skip leg day.
