Bodybuilder Aspiration Won't Progress

My Sim has had the Bodybuilder Aspiration since teen years. At some point during University, the third level of the aspiration mostly finished, except now it won't track her hours of exercise. It has been stuck at 6 out of 10 hours for a very long time. I'm not sure if it is because she played soccer for her school or something else, but now she can't finish the aspiration. She's now graduated from college, but still can't seem to proceed.

I thought maybe today's update would resolve it, but it hasn't.

Anyone have this issue? Bringing here before I report it as a bug.
