As I can see, and speculate, it is the case But then in a way it is good, as one can have the worlds than want, 1 or 2 or all 3 And yes, I say 3 and say Bon Voyage because Im sure the next vacatio...

I'd also be fine with multiple completely open neighborhoods personally but yes, I hope they'll continue trying to bring it back. I don't mind the loading screens between worlds (and I want to keep TS4's multiple world system) and not even from one side of town to the other but I don't want them in neighborhoods if I can choose ^^
