I could see an education/University GP if they make use of some of the existing programming -- you could have the classwork set up like CL where you either choose to go to your rabbit hole class or "outside research" with assignments similar to the CL "work from home" careers. With the world structure, Sims could bring their whole families to Collegetown since the spouse/offspring could go to their jobs/schools from anywhere.
After the thorough job they did on Vampires, I can't see them restricting witches or werewolves to SPs. It would feel like a slap in the face to fans of other supernaturals and ruin a lot of the goodwill that was built by that pack's release. Personally I'd love to see some sort of general Magic pack where people can create their own supernaturals. Maybe they wait to release any sort of Magic Pack (whether general Magic or Witches in particular) until after Seasons because there's traditionally been a tie in with Witches and weather magic (Fire/Ice, etc.) so they'll wait till we have a weather system in place with all the assorted effects.
