- SheriSim5 years agoSeasoned AceI have no idea, but I hope it’s not fantasy farms. I want a real farm.

I’m probably not the first to think of this and I could be wrong, but I suddenly thought of a zoo expansion. You can go to the zoo, safari park, or run your own zoo. As for the careers you can be a zoo keeper or archeologist and go to places where wildlife is to do research or work. Animal print designs for the furniture..wish thinking but I think that would be really cool. I’m really not sure what the game pack would be. I can see them adding fairies and werewolves into a pack with other wildlife animals.
I thought of a zoo when I first saw that bonding with nature too. - SheriSim5 years agoSeasoned Ace

Eco Lifestyle, part 2 : Mother Nature

I think it could mean any of these
A Camp Site that has white river rafting, log rolling,RV's,bunjee jumping, hammocks, hiking etc. Also this camping site could have a lookout point and be surrounded with mountains. It could bring the small telescope back for sims wanting to use it at the lookout point.
Greek Islands
Brazil Beaches
Africa
A Romantic France like world were couples could go prehaps to even honeymoon.
I agree with this ^^^^^. I hope it is something similar to Bon Voyage Three Lakes destination. Just to note, that EP included Hotels and Bigfoot, it also included things like lumberjack items, axe throwing, log rolling, and flapjacks.
I also want to add that it could include either Fairies or Werewolves as they are nature themed occults. - DaWaterRat5 years agoSeasoned Ace

For those who are questioning Werewolves bonding to nature, I suggest you look up the TTRPG "Werewolf: The Apocalypse" (Werewolf: the Forsaken has similar themes) which presents Werewolves as the (very violent) guardians of the Natural World, fighting against pollution and Urban Expansion, among other evils.
So I can very definitely see Werewolves as bonding to Nature
But I don't see them as being particularly charming. :)
Ummm have you seen twilight? Jacob was VERY charming without his shirt xD
I haven't seen the movies (Zero interest in Twilight in any format), but I don't doubt it. - kathmhughes5 years agoSeasoned Ace

Do you bond with nature by being a werewolf?
I do. Naturally. ?
What about wolfwalkers??
I don't like Star Wars, but a cross over with Cartoon Saloon (Song of the Sea, Puffin Rock) is one I could get behind! - aejp245 years agoSeasoned AceI don't think it has anything to do with fairies and I don't think the description really tells us the main feature of the pack. I think the word charming has more to do with how beautiful the new world is. The expansion could be farming as people have described charming country cottage. I'll wait and see as I don't like to hype myself up for something and it turns out to be completely different than what I thought and wanted.
- nature to me it's probably fairy's or Farmers but it's anyone's guess
- mmb_abr5 years agoSeasoned TravelerI voted fantasy farming but my hope is it’s somewhere between that and wildlife, maybe wild horses? Like either the American west or Chincoteague Island (very charming coastal town, lots of nature and animals to bond with). But that’s my hopeful inner horse girl. Realistically, I think I’m going to be a little disappointed as team horse, but will likely enjoy anything that involves the terms “bond with nature” and “charming.”
- Lots of comments that farming is not “bonding with nature”. I studied vet science and have spent a lot of time on farms - the vast majority of farmers (at least in Australia) love their land and nature! They are extremely knowledgeable, have great ability to predict weather events long term, and are working to ensure their farms are sustainable (how do you pass on a wasted, exploited piece of earth to your kids?).
Modern farming is about rotational grazing to keep soil nourished, waterways clean, crops flourishing and livestock healthy and happy, choosing breeds and species that suit your climate. Open skies and as much retained native vegetation as possible, with the main focus on giving back to nature in a farming ecosystem. Reliance on and balance with nature is everything to do with modern farming!!
I am starting to think it could be a sustainable farming pack, maybe with fairies or werewolves included as an occult.
