Bouncer on residential lot what for?

@GalacticGal I had a stan lurking outside my sims' home for an entire generation. They aren't really too much bother. The only thing I found annoying about them was that the game doesn't go into the super-ultra-speed when the whole household is sleeping if the stan is outside and awake, so just made a point to go chase them away at bed time.

I do admit to being very pleased the day I heard the grim reaper arrive and scrolled around to find the stan outside frozen-to-death in winter... A new stan was there within a day or two though.

Anywho, I never got a bouncer and the stan was mostly harmless. I even had the famous sim's husband eventually make friends with them just so they were more receptive about leaving when chased away.
