Bowling Alley Barcade
I made a bowling alley barcade with a restaurant in it. But I can't get it to function as anything other than a restaurant. Even with lanes, video games, etc. Is there a way to do that?

I've a similar thing with a place I made called Ladybird Landing, which is flagged restaurant. It's a lively place, but the bar across the hall from the restaurant is basically overflow seating for it, while the workout room and the bedrooms upstairs get used only by my controllable sim. The reading room does get some general use. It's become something of a private club for my controllable sims. Am thinking of doing a TS2 version to see if there is any difference.
