@keekee53 I was going nuts during the first couple weeks of my San Myshuno save trying to figure out why there seemed to be some sort of Striped Tights And Leprechaun Hat/Wrestling Mask Club going on. Then someone clued me in to the fact that there is a hidden trait called something like "isWeirdo" that's part of the City Living design just like the living statues and buskers. That trait is responsible for the striped tights and leprechaun hat or wrestling mask outfit.
