Well, I did it in my game. Both were fully red and hated each other, she moved out. I left them alone for awhile (meaning no contact with each other) and their red bars started to drop. After awhile, they became tolerant of one another. I did have to switch households a lot so I could control each one, but they eventually came together on neutral terms. They then became cordial with one another to the point of a casual friendship. They absolutely could get back together as a couple, but I don't want to take it that far. He's with someone else now.
