Brindleton Bay no sidewalks for empty lots?
I want to use Brindleton Bay, but the empty lots have no streets, and they are strange. Where do your families live? Do you like those lots anyway?

I've built an abandoned house (20X15 lot) that would be perfect for that lot. It still got the stove and fridge but only a couch (no bed). I plan to do a homeless Sim who'll have to fish in the nearby pond to survive.
