Brindleton Bay no sidewalks for empty lots?

I like how this world is a little different. No street access might indicate that we won't get cars, though.

Have not built on any vacant lots yet, and my test family lived in a small house at Cavalier Cove, the one right up from the beach. I love that house, will definitely move in someone :)
