It makes sense in WB, and would make sense if there was a witch shack somewhere out in a swamp area. I don't have the world so I haven't seen how this is all setup, but yes, WB is a good idea, I'm not sure a New England town like Maine, has marsh lands, does it? That isn't my recollection of such a place.
I don't know about Maine, But Massachusetts and especially Rhode Island, my neighborhood is woodland, then Marshland.
I think if your house is on a main road there are side walks, now that I think about it, a lot of backroads I know don't have side walks.
Providence that is the case.
I agree I would love a cul de sac kind of a neighborhood, my hope would be it's a middle-upperclass 30x40 or bigger lots, and that it's woodland and lake side
