Broken bridge in The Sims 4: Jungle Adventure

I don't know if this is the same issue I had, but when mine went there, the bridge was invisible. I clicked on the other side and said go here, and they walked over on the invisible bridge. 

Wait, there's a broken invisible bridge in Selvadorada?  I've played the Jungle Adventure many times & never came across that.  My sim just cut through those vines & magically appearing in the next level of the game.  However, I only play vanilla in my Sims 4 PC.

I play vanilla too but for whatever reason, I could not see the bridge.  I knew I was in the right spot, so I just gave it a shot that the bridge was somehow there. 🙂Luckily it was.  

Now I want to send my SIM to Selvadorada and see if the bridge is missing. It's been a while but I don't recall any issues when I first explored.

I tried this out today in a brand new save and it’s in my game too. The main bridge you get to in Selvadora, right at the start of the adventure, is now invisible, but your sim can still cross it as if it’s there! It looks really odd to see your sim walking in mid-air over a huge ravine. 

I’ve never encountered this issue before and it’s only been a few months since I was last in Selvadora. I couldn’t find a bug report for it but one should be made. (I’d do it myself but I’d want to add a screenshot I took, and I’m not on my computer right now.)

If I am totally honest I am disappointed to not to have this bug.. it would of looked kinda cool :/

I don't have the bug either!   Perhaps walking across, without the bridge, might stop the flip-flop my stomach makes while walking across the bridge!  🤭 I ought not to look down!!!   🤣  

Interesting that it’s working for some (most?) players and not others. Here’s what I saw.

PS: I’m on a Mac with no mods or cc ever in this save. I’ll have a look whenever I’m next in game at tweaking my graphics settings to see if that helps.

Hmm ... I think I'd rather have the bridge back 😀
