I'm posting here hoping that some kind simmers will check the Thebe Estate lot in Tartosa and see if they have smoke rising from just one chimney with no fire in the fireplace. The smoke remains even when the chimney is moved or deleted. It is similar to smoke seen rising from the dummy buildings in the town.
An important issue if you do test it: make sure you see smoke rising from the town debug buildings. It isn't always there, but when the town buildings have smoke, this lot has smoke.
You can see the smoke while on other lots and panning to the Thebe Estate. You can see it if you visit the lot. You can see it when you play the lot, in live or build/buy mode. I don't see it when I got into build/buy from the map view.
The builder of this lot said in a video for the build that she added a bunch of live edit items to her build and was told to delete them. I think something got left behind and no matter what I do the smoke remains.
I have bulldozed the lot and terrain, replaced the lot with another lot, nothing gets rid of the smoke. It happens in new saves and old ones.
