My sim family moved from Windenberg to Henford on Bagely during winter, after a quick vacation in Sulani. During thunderstorms in Sulani and blizzards in both Windenberg and Henford on Bagely, they get the "run inside" icon but instead of the "run inside" action, it's the "really have to pee" waddle.
