What was weird for me was I saw a chicken wandering around town near the pub. It was from a household I currently wasn't playing. Starving and unhappy. I fed it treats anyways, but going back to to play the other household, the chicken was gone, but still taking up a slot in the coop. After about a week in-game, I ended up having to delete and rebuild the coop to clear that slot. (Not to mention the chicken was happy and full last time I was playing that household before that).
