Build height restriction lifted?!

Not to get anyone's hopes up but from what I gathered from the stream I think the build height restriction has either been lifted or raised meaning we can have even more extravagant and castle like builds!!! What do you guys plan on building once this terrain patch update is released??? :o :o o:)

    That's why I'm thinking that the amount of floor levels allowed or the build height must have increased if not just by at least one level since it would make no sense to me giving us the ability to reach new heights but only if we raise the terrain ?
