Build Your Own Bundle + High School?

I'm unable to BYOB and was just wondering, is there a "cool-off" period between a game's release and when it can be added to a bundle? Origin isn't letting me even try to build on, which I guess is because I own every other expansion pack. Does anyone know how long it'll take before I'm able to bundle it? Or have other people been able to do so?

I've never done that because I buy any packs I'm interested when it releases, but I have read other people trying with other new packs and I think it's about a month or so before the newest pack is eligible for the BYOB option.
