Building a desktop: give me your opinions on the components i'm considering.

In your other post you stated that you are on a budget, and didn't have much knowledge about computers. For those reasons, I would recommend buying a complete desktop instead of building one from scratch. If it doesn't come with enough RAM, that's easy and cheap to add. You don't need a graphics card to play TS4---I use onboard graphics in my $500 Dell, and I play the game on the highest settings without issue
