Building charisma...yawn

I got in the habit of having my sims compliment others everyday as part of their social interaction, there are a number of interactions that boost charisma of course. So if they are living together/family or just meeting someone or with a friend it's just part of their chatting routine. They might be mean right after or whatever else they do but .. that part is standard for me. I very, very rarely have them use the mirror, basically only if they need a point(s) for a job asap.
