No, unfortunately. They are only costumes.

Still looking if they have a special perk though. With the bear costume, you can roar. What could it be for bunnies?

The bunnies family is so very cute! :) They are a great Sims household!

They don't make noises. They appear to be mute. Had an English Bunny growing up. Never heard a peep out of Cinderella.

They should be able to produce jelly beans at will. Eating jelly beans should provide hunger need and happiness moodlet to non-bunny sims.
But no..for the real game the bunny is just a mute, almost non-interactive, costume. *sadface*

I can't wait for them to meet the Flower bunny!
