There's no thermostat in this sims apartment. Mostly due to very high bills though it doesn't affect the apartment rent I never got around to adding one in this apartment. I thought it was odd, since it was only sunny and cool.
That's odd. By the way, I also believed that the thermostat had no affect on apartments but it does. When my sim was in a tiny apartment, her rent didn't change, but then I moved her into the apartment that comes with free maid service. Weekly rent is supposed to be $5,000 but she's been paying approximately $12,000 a week. I don't know if it was patched in or what.
