Mine gets it every day at work as well, so that I'm now having to take a vacation day every other day. I just finished a vacation day wherein I did nothing but creative and relaxing things, and I verified that the brain fog was gone when going to bed. The next morning my sim got up, harvested about a dozen planets, grabbed some breakfast out of the fridge and listened to some music... and the brain fog is back! It's looking like I now need to take a second day of vacation to recover from a single day of work in which I basically just made one invention (scientist career). This is becoming unworkable. Is there any way to turn burnout off entirely?
Aha! I just realized something I missed before! Even when I go home at the end of the day, apparently the game thinks I am Working Hard! It would explain why my fun goes down so fast and I have Brain Fog all the time, but I can't figure out how to turn it off. It doesn't give me any options to even adjust it to another work style, much less turn it off. Picture below shows that I don't work until 10am, it's currently 7am, I'm at home, but I'm Working Hard.
