EDIT: This animation seams to refer to passing on a perk, not the entire business ownership.

I like the idea of next generation continuing - and perhaps expanding on - the home business that their parents ran and maybe even founded. This animation from the trailer looks like passing on your life work to next generation. Would be nice if it could be part of the L&D will, but in most cases it might be natural to pass on your business ownership years before you actually die from old age.
