Bust the dust Kit

I turned off the dust, my sim seemed to be vacuuming all the time……anyway smelling the house is so unrealistic…… I can understand having a pleased moodlet after finishing vacuuming, but anything else is too much.

I think that's one of the bug everyone's been talking about. I personally have never turned mine off, so I can't tell past my assumptions.

YES!!

They stop doing the things I would want them to do to sniff the air way waay to often. Could they turn it down. Thanks for reminding me that I have to get that mod.

It’s true to real life though.
After I clean my floors I need to stop at every corner and stand there for a minute, sniffing it all in, wondering how I was born such a genius to clean my own floors like that and being able to experience the true bliss of cleanliness. Wonderful. I need to do this in every room, each time I enter it, because for some reason I keep forgetting how clean the darn place is.

Like in the game, it does take up a lot of time - it is true and it is unfortunate - as it is all I do pretty much all day when I’m at home.
Therefore I stopped cleaning my floors, because there’s no anti sniffing mod IRL. At least my own dust bunnies bring me plenty of gifts.

I tried to poke EA with this issue a while ago by posting on HQ, but I doubt if it made a difference. Isn't there some way of getting their attention to do something about it?

I haven't bought that kit yet.

It looks fun, but if there are annoying things like sparkles or whatever, I'm still reluctant to get it. I'm almost annoyed at the Eco living sparkles on the map when an area is green... but it doesn't bother me any more since .. whatever, don't know what to say... I'll go back to playing the game now. :blush:

Yeah, I too find that annoying. It's like we get it, the house is clean, you don't have to do it every time. Like them waking up in the middle of th e night or something to admire the decor.

Maybe just neat sims should sniff the air….. lol!

Yep, it drives me crazy! & when my Sims autonomously stop what I told them to do to go vacuum.
