I'm not very impressed with my butlers, either, but then I like having them around in those wealthier households. Showing off some attitude and class, so to speak. I wish it was possible to set what meals they should serve when, it is too tedious to keep telling them over and over, besides my sims are often leaving for work before the butler served the breakfast anyway. I guess a better skilled butler would prepare food faster, etc., so it might be smart replacing them, but well, there's supposed to be a personal bond as well, right? I mean, your upper class sims is a bit more friendly with the butler than the maid?
