"The Butler did it"
One-in-twenty butlers will murder a randomly selected sim in your household. This event will only take place when all household sims are present on the lot. Shortly after the sim dies, the lot will be visited by the famous Sureloche Herms and his partner, Whatson, who will eventually deduce the butler was, in fact, the illegitimate child of the victim's cousin's former college roommate (obvious when you think about it). They will take the butler away to prison and you'll get a call from the Butler Company apologizing for the inconvenient murder and offering a replacement butler with the assurance this one is murder-free (still another one-in-twenty chance).
