Did you ever manage to solve the 'butler won't stop gardening' problem? I have a really good butler but she won't stop gardening.
I haven't played that household in a while. I'll check. I had so many problems with butlers. Have you had your butler change? I would get some relationships with the butler and then a new butler would appear. Then change back to the original. Change to someone else.
