Buying a pack with planning to use the main feature

  This is my first new discussion on the new forum. Apologies if it doesn't look quite right.  Has anyone ever bought a dlc without using the main feature? It kinda feels like a waste of money ...

Yes! I bought Wedding Stories because I needed it in order to get meshes used in some CC items. I’ve never actually played with it and have zero intentions of playing with it.
