Buying packs and intentionally not using the main feature

Is it worth to buy a pack for just the CAS/build buy or some side features and completely ignore the main feature. The reason why I am wondering about this is eco lifestyle. I was debating whether...

It never happened to ne to buy a pack without being interested in the main feature, although having bought several of them I ended up not liking it at all. Imo it definitely doesnt worth paying full price for such a pack. It is like buying a stuff pack for forty dollars. I doubt they even worth 10. That being said the NAPS are just a side feature in eco lifestyle. There is a lot more to it so I would buy it even if I didnt care anout the NAPS.
