Buying packs and intentionally not using the main feature

I usually end up at least trying out every feature ones, but I wasnt very interested in Uni for example, the actual studying part seemed boring, but the robotics skill and roommate mechanic made it interesting to me. Wasnt that hyped about seasons either, and I still keep rain and storms ticked off, but I love the snow and the calender.
I am not using NAPs at all anymore, because they are buggy/annoying...

So, I think buying a pack for a different reason than the main feature is totally legit.
