@elanorbreton I play like you do. I want a community of friends and families who interact with each other and grow together. I can't stay with just one family as when the children grow and move on I need to play them as well. I also sometimes plan one sim to marry their neighbor so play both in rotation to accomplish that. I know I won't be happy if everything I have my sims accomplish disappears because of rotational play. I plan to get mods when near the end of Sims 4 but don't want to deal with them until then. I might have to change my mind. I think it is sad that we have to depend on mods to fix some of the gameplay. How difficult is it to manage MCCC with updates and new content? I haven't been playing, only building on and off because of concern for the milestones disappearing. I really do want to start a game so probably will try soon, but I will keep them young adults and not start a family until bugs are fixed. Really looking forward to the new gameplay though, so hoping it doesn't take too long. Sometimes I really miss being able to play rotationally while my families stay where they were when I left them, like in Sims 2. I really enjoy all the gameplay that has been added to Sims 4 though so don't want to give up on it. If MCCC will fix things I really need to try it out.
