Can’t carry toddlers when hiking?

I’m really excited about this new patch. It sounds fantastic! I’m just curious about why they would intentionally remove the ability to carry toddlers when hiking. Lots of people do that in real life.

I didn’t even know this was a thing. I feel like I missed out on something cute. I guess I won’t miss it. :D
