Can a ghost man get a baby with a living Sim?

No, they still can't. Both sims must be living. You don't want a baby who stays as baby forever and cannot be aged up, do you?

I would love to see them put in some sort of chance to have babies that inherit ghost powers or a full ghost.

I miss ghost babies. I don't know why they didn't let ghosts have babies this time round.

There's probably a mod for this somewhere :)
