Sadly that’s been a ‘bug’ for years. The easiest solution is to cheat the moodlet away
The only way to get rid of it (that i know off), is to give the sim a twin in CAS and then delete the old sim. But imo, that’s too complicated with already played sims, so i only do it with sims i downloaded from the gallery
