Can change traits but sim still gets tense from old trait I removed?

So I don't see anyone else talking about this so lets say I want to edit a sims traits, either my own or the pre-made ones. I switch out a trait for something else, but when I resume playing that sim,...

I've noticed that even lot traits have this issue now. Whenever my sim calls someone on the phone she gets off the grid moodlets, even though I removed the lot trait after a single day and I've played 6 simweeks by now.
