Can changing the genders of your sims mess up your game?

Not sure why I started doing this (it's just fun). Using testingcheats and the CAS.FULLEDITMODE I enjoy going into my households and changing all my sims' genders and ages and watching the chaos that...

No, I don't think so. You can change sim's gender without cheats with Change Sim interaction after all.
