Can non vampires have vampire babies?
I once heard someone in the forums say that their non vampire couple have a vampire baby because they had the dark lay line lot trait, has anyone else had this? Is this possible?

Indeed. The 'On a Dark Ley Line' lot trait increases the chance of one or more babies being born as vampires, regardless of your sim's life-state.
I'm not sure by what % but chances seem high.
