Can non-werewolves learn the special items? (Spoilers)

I've been playing Werewolves since it came out. I got one to apex level and learned the special drinks using the werewolves' Lunar Epiphany perk while reading the special books found in-world. I know that non-werewolves can collect at least some of the special books and relics by fishing in Lake Lundvik (Vlad hasn't found the special diary there yet, though, that allowed my werewolf to learn the drinks), which I had my werewolf find by smelling and digging.

Does anyone know if non-werewolves can learn how to make Moonpetal Punch and Were-B-Gone? I know Lunar Epiphany is needed and so it appears to be locked to just werewolves, but it would be nice, like with Vampire Lore, if all sims could learn it in order to help or cure a werewolf. (Vlad has tried reading the special books and can't understand the lunar symbols. :D )
