Can Pets Go To Batuu?

I'm wondering that too. I guess it's time to test it out.

OK. I've tested it out and I'm back with results.
When going on a vacation, you can still have pets come with you. When you have pets with you, you can still choose any neighborhood in Batuu. However, after the loading screen pets will be at home and you'll get a notification that pets are forbidden in Batuu. You can't even call them over.

Long story short: the answer is no, they can't.

Ahhh that was a bit sad, I would have liked to take my favourite dog to Batuu

Can MCCC or the teleporter statue bring the pets over? I usually recommend these two, but they have their limits. For example, pets or sims summoned to the police station immediately leave again.

I'm still testing it out to see how long it'll last but so far I'm finding that if you have the mccc mod you can teleport them to you!
Click your sim
Select mc command center
Sim commands
Teleport commands
Teleport world sim to this sim
And then find your pet in the list of sims that pops up

Their picture will still be grayed out but they'll be there and you can interact with them as you normally would and all that, I imagine you'd have to do it again if you go to a different neighborhood
Like I said earlier, they could randomly disappear (go back home)
But so far it hasn't happened yet!

I've actually never had a sim visit Batuu. I use that pack for the fantastic B&B and nothing else. It would be interesting to find out just how many people (who actually bought the pack) have had a sim visit that place.
