Can pregnant sims die?
As stated in the title, can they die? if so what happens to the baby? Also, if you have a baby and kill off both parents what happens to the baby?!

Used to be it was easy for a pregnant Sim to die. At least in Sims2. She could either starve to death (which was really an all-systems failure, as in her needs dropped way too quickly), or by taking out the garbage. :open_mouth: Talk about your weirder stories …
