Can toddlers use the swing set in seasons?

I'd just rather see playground equipment that don't require an adult to help a toddler. So maybe a smaller version of the swing set would be really nice. But then again, a swing set requires coordination, that really doesn't happen until they age up to a child stage.

In RL they have special swings designed for the very young. It's got two holes for their legs, with a strap across the front so that even an infant who can sit by themselves won't slip out. It's just too bad they didn't even seek (unless it's in the works for the future) to give the toddlers that same springy-type outdoor rocking horse/ bee/ (or other critter) thingie as they had in both Sims2 and 3.

I'm sure I saw a toddler being put on a swing and pushed by an adult somewhere, but I can't remember where! Sorry.

Yes, toddlers can swing on the swing set.

Is there a tyre swings? They are common here and perfect for small children (3yo and up). They are fastened so the tyre is not vertically positioned (like on a car) but horizontal so the kids an put their feet into the hole. You can even fit two kids into these swings sitting facing each other.

Toddlers cannot swing on the swings in Sims 4 Seasons. Hopefully a modder comes up with a toddler swing

Toddlers have never been able to use the swings - or other child size playground stuff. Toddlers always have had to have their own playground equipment. I can understand that though - toddlers are short and tiny, they have different body movement than other age sims. Never mind other sims can push each other on the swings - can you imagine a sim pushing a toddler like they push child, teen and adult sims - they'd send the toddler off into space or their hands would go right through the toddler head. Then there's the issue of putting toddler stuff on equipment for other ages - in a game that would be a nightmare as you'd see bigger sims trying to use that stuff. Like it or not Sims cannot do EVERYTHING real people can or see limits to using things they shouldn't. Toddlers would definitely need their own separate swing set for their age only - to not create havoc with the programming.

In past sims game actually my Teen sims seem to be the age that loves hanging out on the swings the most. So far in Sims 4 I see mostly kid age sims using them.

Freeplay is made very different than a pc game - it is more like computerized interactive cartoon - than a pc game is. So you cannot really compare the two to each other. Fairies in FreePlay were tiny little things - which can't be very easily done in this kind of game but it's real simple in a 2D animation cartoon like Freeplay.

Adults can use the swings because teens can. They share the same animations and people would have been pretty upset if teens couldn't use the swings. I think toddlers would require their own swing, hopefully they make them at some point.
