Can toddlers use the swing set in seasons?

Toddlers have never been able to use the swings - or other child size playground stuff. Toddlers always have had to have their own playground equipment. I can understand that though - toddlers are short and tiny, they have different body movement than other age sims. Never mind other sims can push each other on the swings - can you imagine a sim pushing a toddler like they push child, teen and adult sims - they'd send the toddler off into space or their hands would go right through the toddler head. Then there's the issue of putting toddler stuff on equipment for other ages - in a game that would be a nightmare as you'd see bigger sims trying to use that stuff. Like it or not Sims cannot do EVERYTHING real people can or see limits to using things they shouldn't. Toddlers would definitely need their own separate swing set for their age only - to not create havoc with the programming.

In past sims game actually my Teen sims seem to be the age that loves hanging out on the swings the most. So far in Sims 4 I see mostly kid age sims using them.
