Can we follow Teens to school somewhere other than Copperdale?

Simple and yet complex question. Can we follow our teenaged Sims to school in a location other than the prebuilt school in Copperdale?
  • The high school lot is restricted to Copperdale.

ETA: I believe Zerbu has a mod that allows high schools in other worlds.

I wonder if it was planned to visit other schools because when they were at Mount Komorebi they changed into japanese school uniforms before they left for school. I was exited when I saw them like this but when I followed them to school the next day, they were in good old copperdale again in their normal clothes -.-

Your Japanese house looks terrific ?
  • @Lenny_Ogg I love the look of that medieval/renaissance style school!!! What's it called in the gallery? And do you know the creator's 'screen-name'? Amazing!

As to @NRowe 's original question, I was wondering the same thing.

@Admiral8Q Thank you! (The creator is me but I don't want to share my Sims and Lots.)

No problem. I respect that. Thank you for answering. B)

But it went very well when we replaced the school, even setting up the classrooms. Everything full functional.
    But it's always only Copperdale.

Love those builds! You put EA to shame. Have probably said it before, but you have a genius for building. Just looking at your work is inspiring.
  • I hear you on being inspired by real life. Am currently picking away at Rewley House, a semi-college at Oxford. Part of the slow progress is inadequate information (memory goes only so far and the net is sparse) and part is that TS4 build mode is not up to the task. Forget about St. Hugh's or Magdalen Colleges. There's not a lot in game remotely equal to the task. Those inadequacies make your work all the more impressive. Your profession probably gives you a better eye for detail than most folks.
  • I rarely think this way but I wish the answer to this was like in sims 3, where the kids would randomly ask to sign a permission slip and they would go to the science lab or police station. Would be cool if we followed them and loaded into the trip or something, maybe one day it'll get a refresh and we can place the main school elsewhere since we're stuck there.
