Can we have a road map for 2020. please?

I think it was in April 2019 when the Sims team (SimGuru Graham to be specific) gave us a road map of content for the upcoming six months in The Sims 4.
I really liked the fact that we knew what kind of packs were coming (one EP, one GP, one SP). Would the Sims team be kind and give us a road map for 2020 as well? I'd like to have two roadmaps per year. One presented in January and one presented in July - or just one in April (because of fiscal year in the US).
Do you agree? Did you also like that you knew what was coming to TS4 six months in advance? Or do you like surprise releases like we just got with "Tiny Living Stuff"?

  • I like both. Having a general idea of what is coming but also a few surprises. :D

If they do another road map, it's not likely to be until April because EA seems to do most of their content planning by fiscal year, which goes from April to March. But you never know, they might shake things up and throw us a hint somewhere.
  • I'd like to know what's coming in advance as well. I don't like sitting around just wondering if something I want will be coming. I'd prefer for them to announce what's gonna happen months before so I can know what to expect (and what to not expect). And not just for packs, but patches as well.
  • I personally prefer the surprises for little things like tiny living, but for big EPs it might be better to know ahead of time.
  • I'd like to know as well but it sounded like they were challenging us with ''you won't be able to guess packs so easily from now on''
so I have feeling they will be keeping them secret secrets until someone messes up and we catch the hint
(yes ninja it is likely to be you I'll have my eyes peeled :smirk: )

Maybe they just stated that they have recycled all the packs from previous iterations - in their eyes. (Imho "Hot Date", "Bon Voyage", "Free Time" are still missing.) Now we will get new/fresh ideas like Tiny Living Stuff. Or they found the mole who released info way to early.

  • I would also appreciate a road map. It does not have to be very specific, just the types of packs and rough time frame. I was really happy last year when we heard about 3 packs coming. For example, I want to buy a bundle but miss one specific type of pack soI know there is one coming in a few weeks or months.
Titles would be welcome too but I can understand if the devs want to keep those a secret until the official announcement.
  • Honestly, I'd like to have the next TWO years of content revealed, if possible. That way, I know whether or not there's anything I actually want coming or if I should just put TS4 on the back burner and turn my gaming budget toward my Steam wishlist. I still haven't gotten Birthdays: The Beginning yet...
