I think they also nodded to other cultures with City Living through the new recipes, CAS, and some build items. But, I do agree that I want more!! I really miss TS3 World Adventures--the Egypt, China, and France worlds were gorgeous and there were so many fun gameplay aspects to that pack. We've seen some of those elements in Jungle Adventure though, and I think new worlds are in the works, judging by the survey they put out there a while back. For now, I am enjoying Sulani and Selvadorada while crossing my fingers for another exciting world soon.
I do agree that it seems like the sims fanbase is hard to please. We want an exotic world, we get Selvadorada, and people complain that you can't live there. So they create Sulani, and people complain that it's not a resort world. Just goes to show you, you can't please everyone! Still, maybe the fact that we are so demanding just shows how much we appreciate what they've done, and how we always want more! Demand is good for business, after all. :)
