Can we please stop getting suburban, American worlds now?

I am getting so, so bored with the worlds. Yes, all of them are pretty, but the themes are 90% American and 80% suburban. TS4 claims to be taking new directions and being more inclusive, but WHERE...

@DominicLaurence I think this is going a bit too far with the America/Europe thing. Take it somewhere else. Or express it in a nicer way.
