Can we turn a human sim into alien? Yep just found testing cheat thanks

Is there a way in game via potion or wishing well etc to turn a regular human sim into an alien. Or perhaps a testingcheat for this? I really want some of my townies to turn into aliens and i dont ...

I didn't even know there was a cheat, I just thought aliens only came into the game via create a sim, abduction and through woohoo, learn something new on the forums everytime ?
