Can you always get rehired?
I know if your performance is low enough, it is possible to get fired (though this has never happened to me). My question is - if you are fired, is it possible to enter that same career again with the same sim, or will that career be blocked off?
Basically I have a sim who's a scientist primarily so I can take advantage of the endlessly spawning crystals on the science lab lot. Obviously, since he is digging up crystals instead of doing his job, his performance is lacking. I'm wondering if I should ignore that entirely, or do the bare minimum not to get fired. If he can just get the same job again from his phone, I'll ignore it. If he can't, I'll do like... a couple of the shortest tasks in the day to keep his performance in the yellow instead of the red, I guess.
